WOCM organises gatherings and events where women of colour can come together, share their experiences, and support each other in a safe and inclusive environment.

Leadership and Empowerment

WOCM focuses on building leadership and participation among women of colour, providing opportunities for personal and professional growth through workshops, networking events, and mentorship programs.

Advocacy and Allyship

The organisation actively advocates for equal rights and access to opportunities for women of colour. They work to address systemic issues and barriers while promoting social and economic growth within their community.

Celebration of Diversity
